[Feature] Being able to mark a single server as "show spoilers always"

Currently, the spoiler options suffers from the flaw of being global in it's settings. Being able to single out servers with this setting from the users side and not the servers side would benefit people who would rather ignore spoilers in one server but not view them in another.

There are many ways of implementing this, keeping the current Spoiler settings area and simply adding a drop down menu with two options for each server (those options being "Always show" or "On click") and having at the top the "Show spoilers on Servers i moderate" button that when selected with set all servers you moderate to "Always show" seems to be a very tidy and organised way to do it.

    I second this, but would like to go even further and basically say that the way muting channels works should also be how auto-showing spoilers works.

    Notification settings can be done at the server level, and/or at the channel level, where the channel level overrides the server level. Spoiler handling should also ideally do this. 
    It'd also be great if, like Notification settings, the spoiler settings had the capacity to support extra options for common/emergent behaviours. Like say “Show spoiler regardless of setting if non-spoilered part of message @mentions a role you are a member of” or something.
