Hotkey for admins to delete a message

Say a person decides to spam ping because they think they're funny, allow admins to set a hotkey to delete message to quickly delete messages.

  Until this is implemented, a nice trick is to hold shift when clicking Delete Message, this bypasses the confirmation window.
