XLR stereo support
Can we please get support for balanced cables ... Stereo inputs for microphones. Discord is down mixing my XLR microphone to mono and it sounds horrible literally missing half the signal half the volume half the quality. I don't want to be forced to use a TS jack instead of TRS it drastically reduces the quality of my microphone makes it clip easier at lower volumes and sounds flat.

What setup dou you have ?
Discord is a software, basically it won't deal with balanced or unbalanced input. If you have an audio interface with XLR inputs, it will be the interface job.If you have a little search on the net on how balanced input work, you'll see that it's done with components inside audio interface, they take positive signal, negative signal, and when summed it boost your audio by 3db basically and remove the differences inbetween the 2 polarities. On a short cable there is no real differences, only +3dB gain between unbalanced and balanced.
XLR is meant for mic leveled inputs, not line inputs (i mean if you try to use an XLR to jack 3,5 cable), we need more explaination to help you.
In my case I have a C600 which have 4 XLR inputs, it goes in my computer then it's used by discord.I mean if you have a microphone with an XLR output and no audio interface inbetween, you won't be able to use it on a standard computer audio interface properly with a balanced cable. Only unbalanced ones, cuz they're mostly made like that since most of mic+headset combos uses TRRS jack or 1 TRS jack for headset + 1 TS jack for mic.
