OwO bot GIFs

I believe that we should have the ability to set out own GIFs to the OwO bot because some of the pictures it shows look strange

  Ok, do you know what the OwO bot is?

  If not,what it does is it sends random GIFs upon commands.  What I'm asking is for the ability to add your own images for it to display
