Option to delete DMs of other people.

It would be great if you were able to delete messages that people have DMed you, even if it's just on your end.

  That would make the server side a lot more complicated. By making DM deletes all-parties delete (which is indeed only meaningful when done by sender), they keep only one chat history and share a substantial part of code with generic chat infrastructure.
