Syntax for mentioning text channels from other servers

Right now, you are able to mention a text channel that is in a server that you aren't currently chatting in by using the syntax <#channelid>. I think that you should be able to mention a text channel by some form of <#servername-channelname> as this would make it easier to mention the channels.

  It does sound useful, but then when you're in 50+ servers that all have between 10-20 channels, you can imagine it's not gonna be fun to navigate.
