Please make the Right hand side server (online/status) Bar Expandable

I run a sever where everyone has names/titles (it is an RPG server) and it is very difficult to see anyone's full name due to the right hand bar in the server chat being of a fixed width, surely it would take little effort to make this adjustable so we can read full names?
