Emotes scroll too fast
As you can see from screenshot, 1 scrollwheel nudge throws same emote from 1 edge to other, so in many cases you can never see it as whole.
The solution is not to reduce scroll speed from Windows 10, it's perfect for all other applications. So if i did that, it's them that would get too slow instead.
What makes this worse is that you made scrollbar on right so tiny it's hard to grasp of.

Not sure what you mean by that? I mean 1920p monitor for desktop PC. Was wording "scrollwheel nudge" unclear? It means tiniest move of the wheel that you can make, that's physically about 1 millimeter forward or backward that moves 1 emoticon right through and past the viewable area.
