Gif library shouldn't automatically send gifs when clicked.

I mentioned this on Twitter and whoever was running the account told me to come here so, yeah.

Like the title says, the gif library shouldn't automatically send gifs when the user clicks on them. It'd be much more convenient if they were put into the message field so we can add text if we want. Kinda like how you can add text when uploading a picture or video.

Being able to pick a gif and then send it when I'm ready would just be a really nice quality of life update to the platform.
