Voice Chat MS Issues

Until the most recent update, ii've been able to use the european servers from america with little to no MS problems whatsoever, but with the recent update the MS occasionally jumps above 3k, then back down to a little over 100.

I am part of a tabletop gaming group, and the host is in the EU, thus I need to connect to those servers. Remarkably, I am on the most powerful internet i've had during this whole time currently. I've had 40 MS connection on far weaker WiFi's.
