Allow GUI customization

I think the Discord app in particular would benefit greatly from this change. I know you can already drag over the server/friends list to minimize when using the Android mobile app so implementing it on PC as well would be great! Allowing to change spacing/minimizing or maximizing certain utilities would save a great deal of headache, especially since Discord takes up more than half of the screen if you split your applications in half on the Windows/Mac screens.

    I would also enjoy something like this. The ability to move bars around would be very nice to have. For instance, since computer screens are wider than they are tall, being able to move the server bar to the top would be a neat ability.

    Loving the idea. I'm thinking of having the same GUI flexibility as Photoshop gives us. Being able to separate certain elements from others so we can place them wherever we want to would be a great touch.
