Animated server Icons should ALWAYS animate

Right now the animated server icons may as well not be there at all because you only hover over them for a split second to switch servers and that's it.

Just animate them permanently and give us an option under Appearance to turn the animations off?

I would love to see my whole sidebar just full of little moving images.

It would make it look more alive if that makes sense

  Looking for related or similar requests, this is what I've found so far (Nov 4, 2020). Some are not specific to any single animated thing, but all deal with giving users better control/consistency regarding animated aspects.  It seems strange I'm not able to find any response from the devs...
