stability for voicechat

Lately there have been a lot of updates/features that increases the use of bandwidth but the stability of the coresystem of discord the voicechat has become more and more unreliable.

lately most people i know (not just the ones i talk to on discord) have experienced stuttering sound from discord as well as network lag so that their voice aren't transmitted properly but instead almost sounds like a dial-up connection on the phone.

personally i would rather have "just" the 96kb quality of before than boosted unstable voicechat up to 256kb and i would rather have stable 30FPS video than 60FPS video with severe lag pixelation
