Go Live should act more like Screen Share

The Go Live feature should act more like Screen Share, as in, you should be able to use it ANYTIME FOR ANY APP, (i.e. a video editor, so a youtuber can do an editing stream through Discord) not just a Discord-recognized game.

    They should honestly just bring back Screen Share and give it the option to focus in on specific programs instead of ditching the entire old system and replacing it with a far less useful version.

    Go Live absolutely sucks compared to Screen Share, which worked perfectly on its own. Not being able to stream unless you're using one program from a specific list is an awful alternative to being able to stream whatever you want.

    Absolutely.
    Alternatively, have the option for the user's screen act as a "game" in Go Live. That way, screen share can still be enabled

    Looking for alternate platform now.

    I wanted to upvote and comment because Go Live is absolutely useless for my groups' TTRPG use.
