notification dots on only channels i care about

It would be cool if there was a feature that let me set which rooms i saw the dots symbolizing new new chat had taken place on ONLY channels that I allowed it to. in a lot of my servers there are channels that i dont really care about but I do really care about specific ones. I dont want to have to turn on notifications for these channels but i also dont really paticularily care to see the new chat dots on all the channels i dont look in. this is a very small QoL change and might only effect me and other people with that sort of OSD (not liking seeing any "new chat" dots and clearing them from all the channels that you dont look in)

    There's already a way to turn off the unread icon for channels. Go ahead and mute it, it should block out all unread messages from that channel from affecting your clean and pristine Discord taskbar icon.
