Adding CrossXServer Discord Chatting

Thinking if the "Announcement" function gets cloned & used as a Cross Server Chatt function.

Seeing this to be useful for multi team play communication.

This is essential Syncing one Text channel shared in 2-100+ different Servers for 2 way communication.

I see it to be useful for any clan/server to join in and provide Feedback with out having a join list of a billion servers.
