Deleting messages from the search bar

I and the rest of my mod team on my server have run into an issue when a user requested that we delete all of their messages from some of our vip channels. Any bots with prune/clear message functions that can target a user seem unable to delete messages that aren't currently loaded, and our user has been on the server for months and sent many messages, so manual deletion would be a headache.

However, it occurred to me that the search bar could help close the loop on this, and help out other users with slightly different needs: it would be useful if Discord users could delete messages from their results in the search bar (where they have permissions to delete that message/messages from that channel).

I'm probably late but there was recent update that makes it possible to delete messages right in search results (not hiding it after delete so had to reload searches)

Yes there is a bot name ProBot.. it deletes everthing in the channel with one command. you just type ,clear and ohh lala.. or yiu can delete certain number of colons.. say ,clear 5 .. so deletes last 5 mesages in the channel
