ETOPS and Rundry
Some folks would see this in analog as about enabling and recovering from alcoholism. It is and is much broader and about how four engined airliners are no longer necessary for over ocean flights. In either sense is is about hospitality and how I came to have no friends at all for a time.
My grandson is very much into PS. Which in the same verbal sense Google would combine with public school. He just built a "first PlayStation model". He is a gamer and You-Tuber and definitely not a model builder and more into collecting all the early Godzillas.
So back to Rundry. I did carry a water bottle on morning runs and watched the NASCAR drivers and soldiers in the desert take up hydration with mouth tubes and back packs.
Yet after hemicolectomy and 6 days without water and only swabs I can appreciate my uncle who spent time in WW-II on deserted Resurrection Island off the coast of Mexico after his LST got hung on the reef and his LCVP and others swamped trying to free it. I had practiced more than once at three days dry.
The scout master insisted when I was a boy at boy scout camp that our troop had to hike without water into the wilderness and was then rescued by a county stake truck which the Chief of Police (who was also the scoutmaster) called.
Up on my trophy shelf with some Olympic Masters weightlifting trophies are also two water bottles. One from a Troy Police 10K and one from the Austin Center for Radiation Oncology that was to max out the bladder and fix it in place.
