Suggestion: Sound spatialization

A useful feature added recently was the built in noise suppression. As an audio engineer, this got me thinking about other plugins that could be added and utilized with Discord such as audio spatialization.

For example: taking the mono input from users' microphones and applying a stereo 3d sound effect to it. You could then give users the ability to move others' voices around in the 3d audio space. This would help with understanding others when in large Discord calls with multiple people speaking at once.
