Voice chat limit kick

So for some reason when our voice channel was full (ten of ten people) a new person tried to enter and it kicked someone else that was already in the channel. It should have just not let that person enter, or at least in my opinion it should have just not allowed that person in. And it was awkward because we were in the middle of running a game like Dungeons and Dragons.
