add a system allowing to post colored squares as is "<:emoji:color:rgb:>" or "<:emoji:color:hex:>. This could be very useful for developers or server managers

  This would require a total rewrite of all code that renders emoji's and will not be possible, Since how the current emoji's work.

  Oh it's a shame :(, there is no secondary way to apply this suggestion, I say that but in any case, it will be extremely long, won't it?
