Ping Suggestion

Make it so you can create roles that will stop people being able to ping the person with the role, if some dimwit decides to go into a big server and pings every high rank they'll get the ping. For example if you dont want to get pinged you can ask for a role that will prevent people being able to ping you unless they're a high rank or something
