Server Admin Emojis & Reactions

I had this idea for awhile, then saw that someone already mentioned this called "Admin Emojis", but they didn't expand fully enough. Basically have emojis that only Admins/designated roles can use in a server. For instance, I am thinking about using this for my YouTube Channel server, where I could "heart" (basically a reaction) a message with an admin emoji that not everyone can use, just like hearting a comment on YouTube.
