Feature Request - Self-harm/Suicide help feature

Since most users use discord on a mobile phone I'd like to see a function to flag and have info sent to people who can help when someone is deeply talking about self-harming imminently, or actively talking about ending their life within a short time frame. 

If someone is actively talking about ending their existence IRL, a feature to flag the user and have it take a bit of their text and forward it, along with the GPS coordinates of their device to a local authority or emergency service(s) so they can get the help they need, and often times need immediately. 

Or, have it sent to a suicide prevention hotline, so they can receive a call, and have someone to talk to.
