Discord Support Needs Work

I have been waiting for *over 2 weeks* and I have not been given customer support or service from support.

If a staff member happens to read this i urge you to suggest that the Discord Support System needs more attention. It's frustrating and frankly anxiety inducing to deal with, which is the last thing anyone needs to be having issues with these days.

Especially me, who is living in an abusive situation that could end up killing me if I don't get out in the next year and Due to something that happened, it may not be possible that i'm still alive by my next birthday.

From no replies other than from an automated bot, to waiting actual weeks on time-sensitive stuff...it's um. It's stressful.

I understand the pandemic makes things a lot harder than usual. I recognize that you all at discord have hard jobs as it is, with a lot of customers to please and attend to. Working customer service isn't fun, I know cause i'm an essential worker, and it's...hard.

pls see if u can implement these changes; maybe a helpline, like a telephone service?
