Feature request for support of multiple gaming peripherals without binding conflict (racing wheel, pedals, shifter)
Hi,
Currently when you have multiple gaming devices (such as racing wheel, pedals, shifter) connected and map a binding key to one of the devices, the binding can conflict with a button on another device. For instance, I map PTT to a button on my steering wheel that registers as Gamepad1 and that works fine. However, putting my shifter into 2nd gear also registers Gamepad1. Causing mic to be open while in second gear.
Discord needs to treat each gaming device independently so binding conflicts can't occur. So while this works fine for someone using a controller/gamepad, it doesn't work great for someone with multiple peripherals connected that have overlap with button assignments that are seen as one in the same by Discord. Workaround is to use a third party utility to map your wheel button to a keyboard button and assign PTT to that. Would be nice to have native support.
