Polls

This would essentially be reaction bots, but more user intuitive and has other benefits over reactions. Adding them would be done by pressing the attach file button, being given an option to attach a file or create a poll. This brings up a GUI that lets you change the number of answers and other settings.

Some benefits of this:

1. Toggleable Anonymity
2. Gets rid of that pesky 1 vote on reaction bot posts
3. Closes after time deadline

You can also configure it in ways that aren't polls. For example, for a giveaway you can set 1 answer and flick on a setting that randomly chooses a user and they get DM'd a steam code, all pre-determined and without the need to know how to code.

I know this is a repeat topic (post with 17k upvotes), but I wanted to add some details that would make it basically a reaction bot but more discordy.
