Feature Request: Pinning Direct Message Threads

I know it’s something that comes up now and again through discord but now discord is transitioning towards communities and connecting with people, especially during the times of COVID and for some endless or repeated lockdowns, being able to get in touch with those we want to quickly and effectively has always been something that has been lacking on the Direct Message Threads aspect of Discord. Scrolling or searching through endless DM's have always been a pain but if you could pin that conversation thread at the top it would be a game changer for the discord community as a whole, best examples of this would be like what whatsapp and imessages have done where you could pin a whole conversation thread at the top of your DM's. I feel that this feature could really enhance the communication that we continue to have with those we want to keep in regular contact with.
