We should have a built in lockdown command

I agree with this, but I feel like it would be better for it to take place in a right click dropdown.
To add onto this, maybe there could also be channel lockdowns with a certain duration. I would prefer the dropdown button in this case because Discord can add an additional dropdown to the lockdown button (which would indefinitely lock the channel down by itself until it is unlocked) and in the additional dropdown you can use preset times or a custom time. A system message (specifically the ones used in server joins/server boosts) would be posted in the channel that was locked down stating that it was locked down and in the case of a duration, tells you what time it ends at.
Maybe there could also be a setting in the channel/category that lets you set which roles can bypass the lockdown. But the argument of "you can just change channel permissions" could be used so I'm not sure how practical it could be. If not that, then the server owner/all roles with the Administrator permission should be able to bypass it.
I might be going a little overboard here but these additional ideas would be nice to have.

I 100% agree with this suggestion and definitely agree it would be useful for this to be implemented into discord directly because it already has the framework to allow us to specify certain dates for the duration of the lockdown. I really need this because I want to specify times where my server will be locked down and it's extremly laborious to go through every single channel each time I want to do it :((
