Annotations/Definitions functionality in text channels

I think it would be really useful to have a list of words/phrases with definitions that could be unique to each server. For instance, if I'm talking to a bunch of people about something and people keep asking what it is over and over again, it can be hard to get a point across. I'd like to be able to type a word, set a definition for it, and when people hover over the word they can see what it means.

    Carl or Dyno bot can sot of do this. They are called auto responses (or ar). You can set a message the bot will automatically send any time a specific customizable message is sent.
