Text Message Expiration

Love for Text Channels to have an optional Snapchat like feature where old posts were automatically deleted after a set amount of time.

This would help ensure posts stayed relevant. I'd use it for PUG screenshots, announcements, etc.

    Hey Flame,

    Given you can delete messages, what's the objection to having an optional auto-delete of old messages feature? Just curious at what's driving your opinions.

    Something like that has already been done by using discord bots, DM's however no. The option just seems useless to me in general. If you can make a good mock-up of what it would look like then I might change my mind.

    Just let us replace the archive option by a disappear option in a certain channel, like a pinning channel.
