Fixed templates for text channels

Hi,

I'd like to have the ability to have a fixed template for text channels.

A lot of discords are using a template for example to find a certain scrim for a game, or to provide a signup form within discord.

An example of this would be :

So what I'd like is the ability to make and use a fixed template that people will have to fill in when writing in this channel. The server settings will get an option to create templates, and the template selection can be in creation/edit channel settings.
