Discord Voice Chat management

Discord needs to have a special setting that allows people to moderate the voice chat. There are people in the voice chat that get a bit ratty voice chat that disturbs the rest of the people.

We need a feature that allows somebody or somebodies to be grained permission to moderate the voice chat

That makes the appropriate adjustments to the individual in general.

Puts the whole group in as an overall mute or horn noise to get their attention.

Has the ability to make at announcements in the voice chat so everyone can have equal enjoyment in the voice chat.

All of which will decrease noise and conflict, and make our experience more enjoyable.
