Please expand notification mute options within a server to include individual users

Sometimes there's one or two people in a server that you don't like. Maybe they won't stop talking about a band you hate, or the way they use semicolons happens to be one of your pet peeves, or they (and they alone) ping a role you're in way too often, or you just don't vibe with the jokes that they make. Whatever your problem with them is, it's something small or petty and generally not worth confronting them over, but it's still super annoying.

Blocking that user does a little to remedy this, but not enough: it hides messages they send (which is especially great when they send really long messages you don't really care about), but you still get the dot next to the channel and on the app icon that says there's a new message. You go to click on that channel only to discover that they're posting a dozen updates about their vintage fork collection again. It's like... good for them, but did you really want to be notified of that? Was that really worth shifting gears away from whatever you were doing before?

tl;dr, it'd be useful to be able to right click on a user in a server and have settings that allow you to turn off the notifications you get from them and only them.
