Discord can help kill your SSD, and how it can be fixed.
There needs to be an option to disable writing data to the drive. Discord will write more data the more servers you are in. If you are in 100 servers discord will write about 2GB of data to your drive every 24 hours. I don't know if this is cache or log files but whatever it is there needs to be an option to disable it or an option for it to write the information to your ram instead.
Assuming I have a 120GB SSD with a rating of 40TBW, discord will kill the SSD in about 55 years if it writes 2GB every day. This may not seem like a big deal because you will upgrade your computer within the next 55 years but you must keep in mind that discord is just one program, many programs constantly write to your SSD and i'm sure Discord doesn't have too.
Assuming I have 32GB of ram, I would want to use it for caching instead of my SSD. If Discord is writing logs, they could be saved in the ram with a button to save logs to your drive when the user wants. If it is something else, i'm sure there is a work around too.

Make it possible to choose a install path and write only in that specific folder, problem solved.
