Suggestion: Add Trigger Warnings / Blocked/Muted Words

I've seen some people be uncomfortable/annoyed with the type of content that they receive. This can range from weird DMs to annoying, unsolicited invites to servers. If you added a configurable trigger warning, similar to twitter's, this could solve a lot of problems similar to this. Getting DMs making you feel uncomfortable very often? Just set a couple words related to the topic of those DMs as trigger warnings. Getting annoying, unsolicited invites to servers all the time? Perhaps you can add a setting to block invites or links. Or even if you haven't gotten around to watching a movie yet but all of your friends have, just block words relating to the topic, although this might not work as well, since those words might not always be triggered in said discussion. This would be different than spoiler tags, since messages with a blocked word would simply not be visible to the user blocking it, yet it would be visible to everyone else. There could also be a button that will reveal the contents of the message, similar to the button shown when a blocked user sends a message in a discord server you're in.

Overall, this could be a very beneficial addition to discord, with users not having to worry as much about the content that is revealed to them in text.
