Entering Stream Freezes and Restarts Phone

Since I saw no one post this problem recently,might as well.

This problem happened on my phone,where I was trying to watch a stream,and it suddenly froze along with my phone and my phone automatically restarted by itself. 

I tried everything from deleting caches,restarting my phone,my data,even turned off battery saver in the settings. Nothing works,until I updated from play store.

It was only one time success,but when I entered the stream again after an hour,the problem occurred again. I thought the update fixed the problem..but no,it didn't. 

I'm quite sure my phone couldn't be the problem,as it was fine before until today. I still can join vc,but not stream...

Edit: I tried to reinstall discord,and still didn't work. I figured it might have something to do with my storage space available(even though I have plenty) and uninstalled a 2gb game; and I was able to watch stream again BUT my mic was not transmitting my voice,and when I tried to rejoin call so I could speak,the problem happened again,froze and restarting my phone. App permissions are on Accept,so not about that. 

I've sent a debug log(?) if that would help.

    No sadly.. this problem has been going for so long yet the team isn't looking here.. :/ had to use other apps for screensharing but none were as good as old discord used to be.

    I tried turning on streamer mode option. It didn't work.

    I have the same problem on Redmi Note 7 (MIUI 10). With this I also have a problem with voice, can't hear anyone, everybody sounds laggy as hell. I have 100 Mbit 5 GHz WiFi. Latest version of Discord. I have to fix the issue otherwise I cannot study but can't find any soution in the internet. BTW I have 19 GB of ROM free so it's not because storage I suppose. I have also tried re-installing discord, deleting cache, data, using mobile data internet, tweaking settings in Discord app, tweaking settings in phone settings (and Developer settings as well). Nothing helped... Why is this problem so unique? I geniunely tried hard to find someone with the same problem but no answer here ;(

    Seangle sorry for the late reply, but yeah,I feel you. The problem still occur to me,and I have dne the same things you did but nothing changes. :/

    I have the same problem. I am able to watch the stream as long as my wired earphones are not connected to the phone. As soon as I connect them, the screen freezes for a couple of seconds and the phone restarts. I have an Asus ROG 2 btw. This is really annoying. I just can't watch any of my friend's stream on my phone.

    I have the same issue but I tried a thing and after that everything is working right. U need to login through Google chrome and there you will found a option streamer mode. you need to enable that, that's it now you can enjoy streams wherther you want to watch or you want to go on stream in Discord. Hope this tweak also help you out.
