Scanning a QR code from the desktop client to log in automatically on a phone

I, and I assume many others have been signed out on mobile a ton, and if you have 2FA, it can get annoying to keep signing in. They added the ability to sign into the desktop client from scanning a QR code on a phone, so why not reverse the process and sign into mobile by scanning a QR code.
