Account Disabled Suddenly

Hello, I was in a call with my friends and my account has been suddenly logged out from my Discord Desktop App, I went to my phone to see what were happening, so I saw an e-mail that says my account has been disabled because I broke one of those three ToS rules, but I'm sure I didn't, can it be a false report? If It's, how can I recover it? I had a lot of denied payments because my credit card has been disabled, so I got +3 payments that weren't succesfull, and, if someone had a situation like that please, is it easy to recover my account? Can I recover my account? I'm brazilian btw, so my english is not so good

but anyway, im rly sad, i have Early Supporter and private chats on that account

    If you receive a spam or bot related e-mail in your e-mail, I can save you, but I need to have the e-mail and password of your account, I can activate your account with a software again.
