Voice connection problem in TAIWAN

Hello, Discord staff.
Starting on September 12, 2020, many people in TAIWAN server cannot connect to voice with their mobile phones. The problem is not like those had happened before.(So FAQ is helpless.)
When users press the "connect to the voice" buttom, the app Discord answer nothing and I am sure that Internet is OK.
The phenomenom only happend on few accounts in the same server. Theses accounts can connect to B or Cs voice server but cannot to As service.
In addition, it is so weired if I use another account to login on the same mobile device, the problem can be solved.But I do not want to change my account.
Now, users can only connect to the voice by PC. We hope the problem can be known and solved.
