Save frequently used emojis after application restart.

Whenever I log out and restart discord, the "frequently used emoji" section reverts to the default emojis, I really suggest you change this.

In other words, the "frequently used emojis" are saved and the default ones are not set after logging out.

Personally, it is quite annoying that this happens because, I have to go back to look for all my most frequently used emojis.

Previously many people complained about this, it is really annoying.
