RTC Connection Window

Suggestion. I'd like to be able to bring up the RTC Connection Window permanently and to be able to move it around my desktop. I like to use the graph to monitor my ping. Right now, you can't continue to use Discord with the window open as it disappears the moment you do something else on Discord.
