Server channel quality does not seem to change

Some while ago you could easily hear when the audio quality was changed (i.e. it actually would change).

So if you went from 96kbit/s to 8kbit/s it went from clear to potato.

Right now it looks like the quality slider does not work. I tried to change audio quality on my boosted (128kbit/s) and another non boosted server. In both cases the audioquality does not change, which leads me to believe you also can't acutally set the quality to 128kbit/s.

I also read about a problem where the quality was set to default (64kbit/s) for everyone who would join the server.

Both of these things combined would make acutally boosting the server relatively useless for me.

Is this a problem that I either caused or am able to fix and is this the case for your servers too?
