I kind of solved the problem by checking how Startup Delayer was targetting Discord : seems that it was aiming the C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Discord\app-0.0.306, while Discord new version was in app-0.0.308.

So now, I'm targetting the Discord.lnk in C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Discord Inc\, as it will be automatically updated (the target in the link) by Discord itself to point to the correct AppData/Local folder.

Just un-tick and tick again "Open Discord" option in discord "Windows Setting"

✅ I was able to fix this problem by using the following guide.

I've followed this guide which finally helped me to fix the issue with my discord installation, its very helpful: https://www.questionary.wiki/en/questions/software/discord-error-cannot-find-module-discord_desktop_core

I hope this will also help others to fix this problem!
