Allow the TAB character to be typed in messages.

For some reason I cannot comprehend why the Tabular character cannot be typed into the Discord message field unless in a code block. It has a purpose outside indenting code, like quickly typing some tabular information or even just being used as a large space.

As far as I am aware adding this would not require much work or affect existing functionality.
