Update user permissions in voice calls in real time

At the moment, overriding a user's permissions in a voice call (e.g. to suppress them) will not take effect until they are disconnected and reconnected - a potential issue when it comes to muting, as you must server mute. Updating permissions in real-time, rather than relying on the permissions at the time the user joined the voice channel, would hopefully clear up a lot of moderator confusion and simplify muting.

  As a bot developer who's trying to make a mass mute command for my server, this would be so incredibly helpful as to not get ratelimited.
