User Popout Transition

I like the small detail of the transitions between the status symbols, but it makes me want the entire thing to smoothly translate when you change which user is popped out.

The simplest method to fix the most jarring difference (when a user is playing a game and another isn't) is to apply `transition: all 200ms ease;` to the `flex-101GKY` class. There might be a better class to put it on, but the mess of classes isn't clear to an amateur like me.

It's still a bit jarring, but it makes me a little happy. I do recognize that this isn't important in the slightest and to make it actually look professional would probably take more work than it's worth, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
