Play recorded audio in voice chat (Please make)

Hi there!

I'm trying to integrate audio files into a game I'm running that require timed precision, such as from a soundboard or similar. But to do so, I apparently have to go through a rather complicated and difficult process that breaks the terms of service that I agree to when making a discord account. The process includes somehow having 2 instances of Discord with 2 different accounts opened simultaneously, with 2 different mics. One mic connected only to the soundboard and the other mic connected to my real mic, and somehow getting that to work in tandem.

So I was wondering if you guys, Discord, could come up with a way to integrate soundboards or pre-recorded audio clips into a Discord server without it looping infinitely and without having to create a second spoof account. Be it a feature, a bot, or similar. For the record, I am trying to get it to go off on a cue such as a button press in the voice chat and not the text chat. The existing music bots only play sounds/songs infinitely as I'm aware and cannot be timed or prompted with a button, and text chat sounds tend to not play in the voice chat.

So would such a feature even be possible? Regardless if so, could you respond to this thread if you are aiming to add it, if it's already been added and Google just isn't showing me, or if you aren't planning to add such?
