Make Dark Emojis Light in Dark Theme So They're Actually Visible

Emojis such as 🔜®️➰➕ show up as basically the same color as the background in dark theme and are barely visible at all. They show up just fine in light theme, but I'm not about to burn my eyes out just to look at a few emojis.

I believe Discord uses the same emoji set that Twitter uses, so it might take some tweaking, but it would be very much appreciated.
