(MacOS Catalina) Discord repeatedly asks for input monitoring permissions - Possible conflict with Karabiner

Every time I launch discord, join a channel, watch a stream, or take any kind of action Discord asks for input monitoring permissions. This occurs despite having set permissions previously. The only thing that I changed after the most recent update was installing Karabiner, which I believe may be causing the issues. Are any other Karabiner users having similar problems?

  Yes, I have the same problem, and also am on Catalina with Karabiner.
